Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using SaaSias, you agree to these terms. If you're using SaaSias on behalf of an agency, you represent that you're authorized to bind that agency.

Accounts

You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account, including the sub-accounts you create for your clients.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content or messaging.
• Comply with applicable communications regulations, including A2P 10DLC and anti-spam laws, for messages you send.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Billing & seats

Plans are billed monthly: a base plan plus $5 per active seat. Seats are pro-rated to the day. Communications usage is billed at cost. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

White-label responsibilities

You may present the platform under your own brand to your clients. You're responsible for your client relationships, your branding, and the content and compliance of the sub-accounts you operate.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the platform. You retain all rights in your data and your brand assets. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

Termination

You may cancel anytime; you can export your data in standard formats. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. There are no exit fees.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
