Who we are

SaaSias ("we", "us") provides a white-label, multi-tenant CRM platform to marketing agencies. This policy covers our marketing site (saasias.com) and our platform. When an agency uses SaaSias to serve its own clients, that agency is the data controller for its clients' data and we act as a processor on its behalf.

Information we collect

  • Account & contact data — name, email, agency name, and details you submit when you request a setup call or create an account.
  • Customer data — contacts, conversations, and records your agency imports or generates while using the platform.
  • Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, onboard your agency, respond to enquiries, send service communications, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing & sub-processors

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service (e.g., hosting, communications, and analytics providers) under appropriate contractual terms, and where required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. Agencies can export or request deletion of their data at any time.
